About

I’m Sean King. My background is in building digital products and platforms in operational industries like telecom, distribution, and workforce management. I run a consulting practice called Human Context focused on how service-based businesses operate and evolve.

Inspired Nonsense is where I think out loud.

I started writing here because I needed to work through my own ideas about technology, leadership, and how businesses adapt. That’s still what this is. I’m not packaging polished frameworks or building a content funnel. I’m processing what I see, what I’ve experienced, and what I think is changing about how people and organizations work, especially as AI reshapes everything around them.

Most of what I write falls into a few areas. How humans and AI share decisions and accountability as the lines between them blur. Context engineering, which is the discipline of preserving shared understanding as systems and teams grow. And the “dirty jobs” of digital, meaning what it actually looks like to lead technology in complex operational businesses where the work is unglamorous but essential.

I write these articles, repost them to LinkedIn, and sometimes they start conversations. That’s the whole operation.
