Progressive Enhancement Design
Not to long ago, Jared Spool wrote a great article on rebuilding a website through gradual evolution of smaller changes rather than engaging in a massive redesign project. Many sites have adopted this method of continually updating, adding, and changing the design or structure of their site using small moves.
So am I.
I've been making small tweaks to the site over the past couple of weeks (such as earlier today when I flipped the columns, and changing the MovableType file naming conventions the day before), and will continue to do so frequently over the next couple of months. So please bear with my mess while I design this site progressively, piece by piece.

PS - I'll be keeping a log of my development updates. Its pretty thin right now, but I'll have much more in there shortly (I promise).
